Minh Cao is an Asso­ciate Attor­ney with broad lit­i­ga­tion expe­ri­ence and a prac­ti­cal, client-focused approach to advo­ca­cy. In her cur­rent role, Minh han­dles a wide array of com­plex cas­es, includ­ing med­ical mal­prac­tice, den­tal mal­prac­tice, wrong­ful death, and pro­fes­sion­al board licen­sure defense mat­ters.

She man­ages each case from ini­tial inves­ti­ga­tion through tri­al prepa­ra­tion or set­tle­ment, with par­tic­u­lar strengths in motion prac­tice, depo­si­tion strat­e­gy, and nego­ti­a­tion. Minh is com­mit­ted to help­ing her clients nav­i­gate high-stakes legal chal­lenges with clar­i­ty and con­fi­dence. She is known for her metic­u­lous prepa­ra­tion, effec­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tion, and abil­i­ty to trans­late com­pli­cat­ed legal con­cepts into prac­ti­cal advice.

Before her cur­rent role, Minh rep­re­sent­ed clients in insur­ance defense lit­i­ga­tion, per­son­al injury mat­ters, and immi­gra­tion law. She has appeared in both state and fed­er­al courts and has suc­cess­ful­ly guid­ed clients through medi­a­tions, motion hear­ings, and admin­is­tra­tive pro­ceed­ings. Minh is admit­ted to prac­tice before the State Bar of Cal­i­for­nia and the Dis­trict of Colum­bia Bar.

Minh earned her Juris Doc­tor from Cal­i­for­nia West­ern School of Law in 2018, where she served as Pres­i­dent of the Asian Pacif­ic Amer­i­can Law Stu­dent Asso­ci­a­tion and was rec­og­nized for her pro bono work. In 2014, she earned a Bach­e­lor of Arts in Soci­ol­o­gy, with a minor in Envi­ron­men­tal Sci­ence, from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Vir­ginia. 

Flu­ent in Eng­lish and Viet­namese, Minh is pas­sion­ate about serv­ing diverse clients across Cal­i­for­nia. Out­side the office, she enjoys explor­ing LA’s vibrant food scene, cozy nights in with her favorite Asian dra­mas, and spend­ing time with her goofy gold­en retriev­er pup­py, Seamus.
