
Minh Cao is an Associate Attorney with broad litigation experience and a practical, client-focused approach to advocacy. In her current role, Minh handles a wide array of complex cases, including medical malpractice, dental malpractice, wrongful death, and professional board licensure defense matters.
She manages each case from initial investigation through trial preparation or settlement, with particular strengths in motion practice, deposition strategy, and negotiation. Minh is committed to helping her clients navigate high-stakes legal challenges with clarity and confidence. She is known for her meticulous preparation, effective communication, and ability to translate complicated legal concepts into practical advice.
Before her current role, Minh represented clients in insurance defense litigation, personal injury matters, and immigration law. She has appeared in both state and federal courts and has successfully guided clients through mediations, motion hearings, and administrative proceedings. Minh is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar.
Minh earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2018, where she served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and was recognized for her pro bono work. In 2014, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Environmental Science, from the University of Virginia.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Minh is passionate about serving diverse clients across California. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring LA’s vibrant food scene, cozy nights in with her favorite Asian dramas, and spending time with her goofy golden retriever puppy, Seamus.
